5 Online Services To Watch During COVID-19

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:25.

A lot of us would prefer to fellowship in a physical church. However, our new reality is online services. Thankfully, with advances in technology, we do not have to miss out on Sunday services amidst social distancing. As such, online platforms have created an avenue for believers to fellowship with the brethren. 

If your church currently doesn’t have online services, here are five churches for you to worship online with from the confines of your home:

#1 Transformation Church, USA

#3 Elevation Church, USA

The lead pastor of Elevation Church is Steven Furtick and is located in North Carolina. You can watch Elevation Church’s services online on Sundays at 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 8:00 pm, 10:00 pm EDT.

It was a normal Saturday night at @elevationchurch back when “normal” was a thing. I was settling into my pulpit to preach. The band was playing something light behind me as I had people hug their neighbors to transition, something we did innocently back then. A melody & lyric that I had been playing around with backstage moments earlier came tumbling out of my mouth: “What would you do if He walked into the room?” It was a simple question, open ended, you respond. The brilliant (guest at the time) worship leader behind me, who I’d never met before, – shouted immediately. I could tell he got it so I nodded his way, “take it from here.” Gradually our church answered in worship. A little song I really love was born that night, in transition, like beautiful things often are. I love our church family. I miss being in the room together on rainy Saturday nights. I’m reflecting these days on moments that seem normal & appear as interruptions – 🎁s I have often taken for granted. When God surprises us with the blessing of his presence, how should we respond? This song & 11 others will be on our album GRAVES INTO GARDENS, which we’ve spent the last 2 years writing, and I can’t wait to release it at midnight EDT.
