Getting Into The Habit of Celebrating Small Wins

I am of the opinion that you always have a win. You win even if it might not as big as you would like in a particular moment or situation; you win. You win even when you think you have nothing to show for it, you never know what you gain in the process of not having something at a particular time or moment.
You might experience some things or achieve some things and you consider them as big wins, while some might seem like small wins.
Regardless of what you feel is a big or small win; you need to celebrate it. Yes, you do! Getting into the habit of celebrating small victories require that you are thankful for every little progress on your journey or concerning the completion of a goal or task.
When you consciously celebrate every little progress, you get motivated to aim for more and to press forward for bigger things. You get propelled to see new possibilities and perform better at other tasks.
However, when you postpone your celebration till when you’ve accomplished that big task, or till when you have completely finished that project, you might not be motivated to press for more. Or you might observe that the process of completing that project may be demanding and difficult.
For instance, if you’re trying to learn a new software that you have absolutely no idea about or you have never made use of before; you might be required to learn the different aspects of the software so as to be able to use the software effectively.
And so, if you finally learn one aspect of the software, and you consciously celebrate that win, you might be motivated to learn more or other aspects of the software.
However, if you learn a part of the software and think that you can’t be happy about that or celebrate your progress because if do not know all the aspects of the software, then you might be going you hard on yourself.
I am of the opinion that every success or progress or a step in the right direction that I take should be accepted with thanks and celebrated.
What are you postponing? What is that thing you are not thankful for or celebrating because you think ‘it’s not big enough’ or that you do not consider a progress?
What are those series of steps you’d rather not celebrate because they’re not ‘significant’?
What ‘celebrate small wins’ really mean is that you appreciate and you’re thankful for every little progress. You don’t need to throw a party to celebrate (some might want to do that if they want to, LOL). However, by just being happy and being glad about the turnout of things can signify that you’re celebrating your progress as an individual. And this can have a lot of benefits you might not have taken out time to think about.
‘Celebrate small wins’, simply means that you should be thankful for every little progress!
What celebration are you postponing?
