Eating the perfect healthy breakfast can be quite the hassle. Given that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and in recent times, people are paying more attention to what they eat. Hence, it is not surprising that people factor in these questions, regarding the first meal of the day.

On days when you feel sluggish and lazy to work, eating a healthy and hearty breakfast is recommended in helping you get rid of such feelings. As studies show that eating breakfast has numerous health benefits such as:

  2. It provides energy for the day’s work.
  3. Breakfast helps in boosting brain power.

Avocado toast with eggs 

Ingredients: 1 avocado pear, toasted bread, eggs, seasoning (salt and pepper).

  1. Squash avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the pan over low heat, spray with oil, and crack the egg into the pan.
  3. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread mashed avocado on toast and cover with egg and serve.

Almond flour pancakes 

Ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, eggs, almond milk, extra virgin oil, maple syrup, sea salt.

  1. Pour almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, baking soda, and sea salt into a large bowl and whisk everything together until smooth.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Dish large spoons of the batter into the heated pan.
  4. Allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes (at this point, bubbles form and the edges are dry).
  5. Flip and cook until the bottoms are brown.
  6. Serve with any kind of fruit juice.

Boiled eggs 

Ingredients: 2 to 3 raw eggs

  1. Wash raw eggs and put in a pot.
  2. Allow to boil for five minutes.
  3. Peel off skin and serve.

Coconut yoghurt parfait 

Ingredients: plain coconut yogurt, dates, maple and olive oil granola, dried cherries, fresh berries.

  1. Turn a sizable amount of the coconut yogurt into a glass cup.
  2. Layer the coconut yogurt filled cup with granola, chopped dates, and dried cherries.
  3. Top with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  4. Serve with honey (optional).

Steel-cut oats

Ingredients: water, almond or coconut milk, butter, steel-cut oats, salt, toppings (dried cherries, dates, or walnuts).
